Jimmy Moore is the co-owner and founding partner of FLO Solutions, LLC, doing business as FLO Business Solutions. He has served as CEO since its inception February 2021. He has served in a variety of leadership roles within the Payments POS and Payroll industry for the last 20 years. Prior to starting FLO in 2021 hebuilt and lead sales forces in both Florida and the Carolinas as a Regional Director and Division Manager roles for Heartland
Payments; served in VP role at NCR leading the Southeast, followed by the Eastern U.S. Market. During this tenure his teams sold/on-boarded just over 20,000 businesses, representing just over a billion in processing volume annually.
Prior to joining the payments industry, Jimmy owned an operated a restaurant and a retail store. He spent five years with the South Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association in the Sales and Marketing Director role. Jimmy proudly served eight years in the army National Guard, both as a Tanker, then Engineering and finally closing out his military career in
Communications Brigade. He is a University of South Carolina graduate and completed Notre Dame‘s Institute for organization management. He has always been fascinated with business and sales processes, and places high value on personal relationships. He embraces a “people first” mindset with a personal mission to keep it human face on an increasingly digital business world.
Jimmy was married for 22 years to his late wife Ursula, with three sons and a daughter. He enjoys quality family time, boating, coaching youth sports and is passionate about competing and teaching martial arts. He currently holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt, and Master Instructor at USA Karate. Bring on the competition! And…GO With The FLO!
Brandon Haile is the co-owner and founding partner of FLO Solutions, LLC, doing business as FLO Business Solutions. Brandon serves as President of the company and is intricately involved with day-to-day operations and the companies go-to resource for many of the important tasks.
Brandon is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He proudly served 4 years in the U/S. Army, including completing the successful 53 missions in Afghanistan. Prior to launching FLO, Brandon has been in a variety of sales and leadership roles within the payments industry for the last eight years. He takes personal pride and building relationships and holding strong lines of integrity, transparency, and
accountability to those he works with. His attention to detail and work ethic is admired by his colleagues.
Brandon is happily married to his wife Lindsey and loves spending quality time with his two sons, Bryson and Eli. He coaches their travel baseball and soccer teams. He has competed nationally in Football, Softball, Power Lifting, and Boxing events and is drawn to good challenge.
Erik Anderson, FLO Business Solutions Director of Revenue Operations, brings over a decade of payments experience serving in roles beginning with Tele-Sales through Product management most recently before joining the FLO team in 2024.
Curious by nature, Erik is a constant learner and consumer of information. As a result, he is a natural teacher and enjoys helping people succeed. His work philosophies are simple: “Treat everyone the same”, “don’t be a D”, and “be where your feet are!”.
Human, Husband, and Father to 3; when E is not reading or watching sports he can be found with his crew outside. Playing sports, at the pool, beach, park and everything in between is where his family likes to be and that is just how he likes it.
