*Lifetime Residuals – meaning as long as the customer continues to use your services, you continue to get paid each and every month on that account. As you build a portfolio of customers the recurring income skyrockets. Some folks have built their monthly recurring residuals to an excess of 10k and even $15k per
month inside of their first year @ FLO. It is real and it is possible. We fully explain the programs available in the interview process.

*Become Vested Day-1 – meaning even if you stopped working with FLO you would continue to get paid on the accounts you on board for the life of those active accounts.

Prospecting and Networking to identify new clients is top priority – we show you some proven methods and processes to get results fast. You will receive training and support on how to identify new prospects and clients. Online training, in the field ride alongs, and as much communication and coaching as you wish to receive – based on your experience and needs.

Our Leadership Team and Veteran Agents help run all of your new appointments and opportunities. The main goal early on is to learn and to set new appointments. Ideally to setting 1 or 2 for each day. This ramps things up quickly. – and helps you earn quickly and consistently while adding new clients to your portfolio. Ride-alongs with other veterans are helpful and encouraged early on. Plus its fun and builds camaraderie.

You immediately receive login credentials to our multiple Training Platforms to complete New Hire Curriculum and other courses about the industry, pricing, paperwork, competition, and other helpful knowledge and process-based resources.

You will have access to a state of the art CRM tool (Client Relationship Management) where you can manage your new leads; track your pipeline; pricing and proposals; onboard new clients. You also get full access to your portfolio of customers to include sales volume, transaction details, residual reports, service orders and tickets and much more.
